Hallo,

ich wollte meinen Gamertag für 10€ ändern, deshalb habe ich eine 10€ Guthabenkarte gekauft. Diese konnte ich aber auf der Gamertag-kaufseite selber nicht einlösen, da ich dafür angeblich eine aus der Regien: US benötige. Deshalb löste ich sie im normalen
Microsoft Store auf mein Konto ein.

Nun wollte ich über mein Guthaben dort die Gamertagänderung bezahlen, dies geht aber nicht dort wird mir nur die Option vorgeschlagen einen neuen Code einzulösen.

Ich hoffe mir kann jemand weiterhelfen!

Wechselst du öfter mal die Regionen, um etwas bei Live, den Deal oder dergleichen zu sparen? Bist du vielleicht noch in einer anderen Region gemeldet? Hast du deutsches Guthaben gekauft und das auf deinen deutschen Account eingelöst? Worüber versuchst du
die Änderung, Konsole, Pc oder Mobile?
