Gamerscore Superdeal Coupon sent to invalid email adress

Hello,

on Saturday I created an coupon via this site:
http://www.xbox.com/de-DE/gamerscore-super-deal.

Unfortunately I'm using a very old emailadress for my gamertag. After creating the coupon I found out that the email adress is not valid anymore - the provider deleted my complete account since I didn't use it for years. It is not possible to get it back
(I already tried this).

Now the coupon is lost....

After recognizing this I updated my email adress for my gamertag.

Is there any possibility to receive the coupon to my (now) correct email adress? Otherwise it is lost forever.

Changing invalid security mail adress

I want to add Microsoft Points on my account, but my computer is not registered on my account. So it asks me to enter the code I received on my security mail adress. But, this adress is no longer valid. So I can't check the code, confirm my new computer,
nor add MSpoints to my account.

I delete my security informations and add my new email adress, but they ask me again to enter a code... sent to my invalid/old email adress.

How can I confirm my new security mail adress without using the previous one, that is now unavailable... ? Or can I set my account mail adress as the new security mail adress ?

changed email adress no points from promotion

the email adress was wrong so if it was sent, it was lost to a email adress that dosn't exist

Very sorry to hear about the issue. Unfortunately we're unable to generate new promo codes for this specific offer. Since a code was already generated and sent to your account, the only solution will be to retrieve the code from that inactive email address
(which I see you have attempted).
