    It is abnormal how microsoft want their users to get the support contacted...

    however. i used to be a fan of your company, but i´m not longer sure to follow this.

    I wanted to use the Gamerscore Super Deal (i´m from germany) and then i received following message:

    Du bist leider nicht für diese Aktion berechtigt
    Entschuldige, aber für diese Aktion sind nur aktive Xbox Live Nutzer berechtigt, die sich mindestens einmal im Zeitraum zwischen 24.04.2015 und 24.04.2017 eingeloggt haben. Weitere Informationen sind in den Teilnahmebedingungen zu finden.

    Amazing!!! Not logged in for 2 Years?????????? What kind of choke is this? In a minimum i´m logged in once a week.

    So solve this prob or i won´t go for a XBOX ONE S. Instead SONY got a nice Console too.

    I´m very disapointed in the way how MS´s customer strategy changed over the years...
