    Gamerscore suddenly dropped by 11K

Hey everyone - pretty sure this will be widespread and related to both Xbox and Win 10 getting massive updates over the last 24 hours. But my gamerscore literally dropped in a second from 158400 or so to 147900 approx. Also, my name and gamerscore no longer
flash/cycle like they did before, perhaps this is related to the updates as well. Hope the servers will get updated or something, otherwise it would be a shame. Thanks.

    :)

  3. Gamerscore total has suddenly dropped by 60K

My total gamerscore was just over 200K. Yesterday, it dropped to 137K.

The drop is visible across multiple Xboxes, and when viewing online or via the Xbox app. I have even viewed it from another account and compared gamerscore.

Looking at my list of played games, many Xbox One games now show with zero score. If I select a specific game from the list, the achievements are still there: just not adding to the total gamerscore.

As this is not isolated to one device, it seems like some kind of back end problem. Can anyone help?

It's related to the recent update.

Happened to me 6 times while testing the update in the Insider program & even though it was reported by many people it seems it was not fixed before public release.

Usually it corrected itself within a couple of days but I got the latest update on Saturday & am still missing over 90,000 Gamerscore with many xbox one games not showing unlocked achievements correctly.

    Yours may correct itself.

I'm waiting for a reply to a thread I made about this in the Insider forums so if I get any more info i'll post back.

Thanks a lot for the reply Badger! Figured it was related to the massive updates. Wow, you're missing 90K...this is almost as bad as that total gamerscore reset from 2012. Please keep me posted if you can! I will post here if the gamerscore corrects itself,
i.e if the servers deign to re-align themselves...

    Gamerscore suddenly dropped by 11K

That's great news! Mine's still the same, lower than should be but will give it time. Also I think it's the gamerscore I got from XB360 on the XB1 that's missing. It happened right after quitting Dead Space 3, too. So maybe getting an achievement in a back
compat title will shock it back to life @_@

Thanks again for the help and replies!

Just a quick update that the gamerscore came back, in case anyone's reading this. Thanks to the team for the effort, but this hopefully won't happen too often in the future @@

    Good to hear.

Hate to say this but there will be another update soon as we are testing it in the insider program.

It's to fix issues with the recent big update ( yeah,i know) but so far my Gamerscore has behaved itself so fingers crossed.

It always fixes itself but really shouldn't be an issue in the first place.
