Gamerscore showing incorrectly. Please Help!

Bit of background: I used to play xbox alot from 2007 to about 2012, mainly call of duty series but i also bought a lot of games purely for gamerscore (easy 1000G games), such as Avatar: TLA: TBE, Top Spin 2, King
Kong, Fight Night, Doritos; Dash of Destruction (east 200G lol) etc.etc.. I want to get back into the gaming scene but my gamerscore is not showing correctly.

When i am logging in now, in 2016, my gamerscore is only showing up as 3275 as if it has reset the gamerscore of some of the old titles i played back in the day, But if i try to play the games
again to re-achieve them they do not unlock?

If i log in to Xbox.com and go onto my achievements it gives me a date of when i unlocked these achievements however the gamerscore from these achievements is not included in my total (3275) It
should be more like 30,000G

I have been onto Xbox support who have told me so restore my account and see if that helps (it didn't), then they told me that i converted my gamerscore to currency (didn't do that either), and then they ran out of things to tell me so
sent me here.



Has anyone else experienced this, or know a solution on getting gamerscore back!?

Gamerscore/profile glitch.

My profile on my 360 shows the correct gamerscore, but the total gamerscore earned on the dashboard shows it incorrectly and I've noticed my AC Black Flag gamerscore hasn't added up properly. My brother's 360 & account is showing the incorrect gamerscore
when he compares games with me. Xbox.com is showing the correct gamerscore but AC Black Flag is still showing incorrectly.

Will this fix itself?

 

Monthly Gamerscore on Leaderboard is incorrect

On my Gamerscore Leaderboard it is showing my November’s gamerscore incorrectly. I have earned over 2k gamerscore this month by playing Assassins Creed Origins, CoD: WWII, Recore, and from couple other games. Everything was correct until November 26, where
it took away 600 gamerscore from my total. I like this feature so please fix it.

My suggestion is that you log into your profile/account at
http://enforcement.xbox.com and verify if you've had an enforcement action taken against you. The achievements not being able to be unlocked/earned again is usually a result of Enforcement resetting the Gamerscore/achievements due to a finding of having
cheated one or more achievements.

I'm not sure what this idea of converting Gamerscore to currency is, as I've never heard of that being an option.

Sorry to hear it. However, the enforcement website only shows actions from up to 18 months ago. If you've had a reset prior to that (which is possible since the last time you played was 2012) it won't be listed there.

It does look as though you've had a gamerscore reset as that is the only way you would lose your achievements. To test this theory try earning one of the achievements you had in the past. If it doesn't pop then you've been reset.

As for changing your GS to currency that has never been possible so I'm not sure why they said that.
