Gamerscore query

This only happens when the Enforcement team determines that this account was found cheating or modding, and then they reset the Gamerscore and mark the account, with the possibility of being banned. No,it wont be all of it.It will just be xbox 360 game achievements as xbox one/series games achievements work differently & can not be modded.

from my perspective, yes your achievements are gone, but your gamerscore is still there. all you can do is either wait for someone on here to answer your query, or ring suppot again.

Unlike the op,you have cheater on your profile so you have modded your gamerscore at sometime & been caught.See the above posts for info on gamerscore resets.
