GamerScore Promotion - No Code

Hi,

I did the gamerscore promotion where I would get $75 discount off the Microsoft store however I did not receive my code. I filled my details in on the 25th. I contacted support who said to post here. Thanks.

The discount code you receive is dependent on what your Gamerscore was once the promotion launched. Any additional Gamerscore earned after the promotion launch does not get counted. Hope this helps clear it up!

Same thing here. I did it last night and it said I would get 75.00 off yet I still haven't received the email. The site says I already received it but I haven't and I've checked my spam folder several times.

 

I also have not received my gamerscore promotion. I submitted my info roughly 24 hours ago and it said it would take up to 30 minutes for the email. I have checked my email account thoroughly. I have 18000+ gamerscore and therefore should receive $65.00.

 

Same here. Was told I would get an email in 30 minutes and its been 5 hours.
