    Gamerscore Promotion Issue


    I was misled by one of your previous Representatives saying that I could redeem my points after the expiry date. So I was not in any hurry to get my code and when I got my code it was already expired but I was told that I could redeem the points even after
    the expiry date as long as I have the code would like some help still getting my points please.

    The discount code you receive is dependent on what your Gamerscore was once the promotion launched. Any additional Gamerscore earned after the promotion launch does not get counted. Hope this helps clear it up! Gamerscore Promotion Issue :)

    The Gamerscore promotion you are referring to does not provide redeemable currency for use on your Xbox One. The codes were meant to be used at the Microsoft Store for the purchase of an Xbox One console, apologies for any confusion!
