Gamerscore offer with Micromania (France)

Hello,

Last November, I've opened a thread regarding a reduction code not received during the Micromania (France) operation based on gamerscores.

With your help, I received my code and I've been able to give it to a friend who used it to order a Xbox one.

The problem is, I should have received a code to get Gears of War Ultimate as a reward but I still haven't received it despite some other messages I've seen on this forum talking about a reception before the 31st of December 2015.

I haven't received anything in my inbox, no the spams.

I've already contacted the XboxFR twitter team (several times) but no news so far.

It's the fourth time I have troubles getting a code, first the killer instinct gold for the xbox one release, then the gamerscore operation with amazon / xbox store, then the micromania gamerscore and now the reward for this last operation... I'd like to
know why I never receive those mails / codes and what to do to avoid complaining each time please. I've been told that my contact email is probably wrong and it was right but I've changed it since and I still don't received those emails...

Forza horizon 2 and gear of war code

Hello i don't have receive my code for forza horizon 2 and gear of war remastered .

It's the amazon and micromania offer in France with the gamerscore .

To quote another user of this forum who had the same problem:

"I have asked for my code on Xbox.fr (110€):

It tells me that the code was sent by e-mail, but I don't have received anything (neither in my inbox, nor the spams).

If i'm trying to get it again, it tells me that it was already sent and that I can't redeem another one."

I've asked the code on October the 23rd and the offer is supposed to end on November the 11th, I don't have much time left...

Hi Mister Maka,

The point is that I have never recieved any code. I told the french support in time, after more than a month doing nothing (plus difficulties of comprehension with the french support), they told me to refer my problem on this forum.

The french support opened a file on my name, I can PM you the number if it helps.

Pourquoi ? j'aimerais bian recevoir ce code avant le 31/12 afin de télécharger les autres gears of War en rétrocompatibilité !!
