    I unfortunately was hit with the bug where i lost a considerable amount of gamerscore and a large portion of my games were “zeroed” out. I lost roughly 300k last week. Im worried that since it doesnt seem to be a widespread issue like last time, that
    its not getting looked into. Ive reached out via chat, twitter xbox support and phone to no avail. Just keep getting passed around, or they just say hang tight itll fix itself. Thats not a valid and or good response to a serious issue. It has to be some type
    of server side issue on Microsofts end. Can anyone please point me in the right direction of who i need to speak with or how i can proceed with getting this issue legitimately looked at. With the series x around the corner, this is the worst timing. My entire
    community revolves around achievements and while it may not appear to be a “big” issue for some, it very much is to me. I sincerely appreciate any and all help!

    If they're related to Xbox One games, then it is just the bug. That's happened randomly since the One was released. The only thing you can do is wait for it to fix itself which usually takes a few days.

    Support have given you the incorrect info

    As I've told you over xbox live today it's either a glitch that will correct itself within a few days or a Gamerscore reset as you have a questionable achievement on Halo 3
