    Gamerscore Leaderboard issue


    None of my friends on xbox can see the amount of gamerpoints ive earned this month, it just shows up as 0 on the Gamerscore leaderboard. and there is no setting to fix it that i could find. I was wondwring if there was a way to fix this.

    Hello!

    Hope you are well. I'll be glad to help you, just remember that you're not talking to a Microsoft employee.

    I am sorry you are going through these problems, unfortunately the leaderboard is completely managed by the system, there is no way to turn it on or off manually.

    If you are experiencing display problems, I ask you to be patient, the system has had some problems loading some information these last few days.

    For example, I am having trouble viewing my Xbox.com profile.

    Backwards Compatibility issue

    Hey there Dolven,

    Sometimes the leaderboard can take a little bit to reflect the Gamerscore earned, and sometimes if the leaderboard refreshes some Gamerscore earned before a certain point may fall off. If your account successfully unlocked the Achievement and added to your
    Gamerscore, then you should be good to go.

    Hope this helps clear up the issue!
