    I moved my xbox 360 profile to my xbox one and all the game score got deleted I don't mod and Ive been a loyal xbox customer for 22 years I have the xbox and two xbox 360 and I plan on getting the new xbox aswell plus sometime my free games with gold get
    deleted when they don't expire at all I would appreicte if this is fixed thank you

    Hello, My gamerscore got reset about one to two years ago because i got my friend to gamerscore glitch my account and so i have a lot of games that are permanently 0 and i was wondering if i can get them reset or deleted so i can get the gamerscore from
    them again?

    I tried deleting them from my account so i could start over but they always came back ad stayed 0 gamerscore deleted with account recovery over to xbox one :(

    Not sure how you've been a loyal xbox customer for 22 years as it was only released at the end of 2001.

    If it's just your xbox 360 games Gamerscore then it's possible you have had a Gamerscore reset for modded achievements.

    It's not 17 years.The xbox was released in certain parts of the world in November 2001.

    There is no way to delete gamerscore like that. As I said, the enforcement team are the only ones who issue gamerscore resets so it would be up to them as to whether or not you would get one. You would need to have someone file a complaint on your account
    in order for them to investigate your account. Or you would need to start a new account in order to start over.

    Seeing as you have only played 71 games on your account that would be about a 100% average score for each game,give or take for dlc and arcade games.

    There`s not many genuine accounts with 100% completion rate.
