    Gamerscore decreased overnight?


    Hello, this is my first time posting on this or any Forum so I'm not sure if I'm doing it in the correct area or doing anything right. But My gamerscore dropped by about 7,000 since last night. All of my games still show up with the achievements unlocked.
    I'm a member of Trueachievements and the drop has reflected on there as well, but also still shows that my achievements are still unlocked. I've heard from a few people that this resolves itself but I wanted to see if anyone could give me some extra insight.

    My gamerscore was at 60,000+ total yesterday. However today it has decreased to 56,718. Why has this happened? Any advice is welcome.

    Hi

    When this happens it's normally only a system glitch, if you give it a few days this should correct itself.

    I understand you're having trouble with your Gamerscore. Do you know what specific games or achievements have disappeared? Please provide us with a few more details regarding the situation to determine how to best assist you. That being said it could be
    related to a system update or being part of the Preview Program(if you're in the preview program please submit your feedback in the Insider Hub App). Also please review

    Problems with Xbox One achievements and challenges     to see if there is any steps you may want to try.

    Gamerscore Decrease

    Like you said it sometimes resolves itself. Have you tried performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console
    for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
