    Gamerscore Credit


    Hello Xbox,

    There seemed to be an issue regarding the gamerscore for cash promotion with my account.

    The steps were easy to access and the code was sent to an email that was my xbox email for a long time but has not been used for close to 4 years. The account was timed out and nothing was in the inbox. I called xbox support to try and send the same code
    to my current, everyday email address to redeem this credit before the promotion was ended. I just changed my primary alias to my current email shortly after the call ended so everything should be working acceptable.

    If you could reply to me in regards to this issue, it would be greatly appreciated

    My points are not showing in my rewards program

    The 6,000+ points you're seeing on the Xbox is your gamerscore, not Rewards credits. The program does not award credits based on gamerscore.

    The 9365 is your gamerscore, not Rewards credits. Gamerscore is earned by getting achievements in games. Rewards credits are earned by completing offers in the Rewards program.

    Users are not able to convert gamerscore to credits. The point of gamerscore is for "bragging rights" with friends or acquaintances.

    There are no offers to receive credits for gamerscore and since gamerscore had no monetary value it cannot be exchanged for funds.

    Realize how much you get depends on your Gamerscore. (see below)

    You also must fill up the meter to trigger your next deposit. When you reach at least 5,000 Rewards Credits, they will be converted into dollars and deposited into your Microsoft account around the 15th and 30th of every month. Tired of waiting? Once you
    have earned 1,000 Credits or more, you'll be able to request an early deposit.

    Contender (GAMERSCORE: 3000 - 9999)

    For every $10 you spend, get 50 Rewards Credits

    Champion (GAMERSCORE: 10000 - 24999)

    For every $10 you spend, get 100 Rewards Credits

    Legend (GAMERSCORE: 25000 - 74999)

    For every $10 you spend, get 200 Rewards Credits

    Master (GAMERSCORE: 75000+ )

    For every $10 you spend, get 300 Rewards Credits
