    Gamerscore:?? after connecting to xbox rewards


    im having trouble with the rewards program, my account is attached to it, but my gamerscore is just question marks, as is my join date for the rewards program so i havent been getting any of my time logged for the special trove promotion they have going
    on currently.

    I've gone through 3 different support staff to finally get redirected here, hopefully this'll help more.

    hey xbox rewards i was wondering i just signed up for rewards a couple days ago does my gamer score i had allright (37000) count to get the birthday controllers or do i start over after signing up ????????????? need anserd asap

    The Xbox Rewards program does offer a reward......... and again YES OP, Your account will transfer to the new console.

    How long has it been since you joined? Gamerscore only updates once a month in the program, so if you just joined you may not see that update until next month. Everything else takes about 96 hours to update, so if you just joined in the past couple of days,
    it still may take another couple of days to show your join date.

    Hello NakedRainbow,

    We see that you are not yet enrolled as a Rewards member, which is what the ??? signs indicate; since you are not a Rewards member, the website has not yet received that information. Did you just register recently?

    it's been over a week since I've registered, but I still have nothing to claim even though I've played hours of trove. All the rewards says is get started and when I click that it takes me to the page to download trove, even though it's already downloaded.
    I've removed my account, reset the Xbox, and readded it as one of the support members suggested. But the rewards account still shows an old profile picture from my 360 which I don't even use.

    Our platform team says your registration was completed successfully. After reviewing your account, we see that you have been successfully assigned Trove tokens after the 96 hour processing time for new members. Since we use Xbox 360 data for avatars, you
    will have to change your avatar from your Xbox 360 to see these changes reflected on the Rewards page.

    Hello! If you have Xbox Rewards, you can earn Microsoft Points as rewards over time, in small increments.. However, there is no direct connection between Gamerscore (G) and Microsoft Points.
