Gamers Health - Kinect and Exercise Routine

I used to play Kinect Adventurers, Kinect Sports, and Just Dance all the time with my siblings and younger cousins.

We used to have a lot of fun with our kids in Kinect Adventures on the 360, but the 'novelty' of it eventually wore off as our kids got older.

Whether you're a gamer or not, adopting a healthy lifestyle is very important... for both physical and mental wellness.

Physical activity, nutrition, sleep, socializing/interacting in the 'outside' world are all beneficial in maintaining overall wellbeing.

Obviously, abilities will vary by individual based on various factors. Moderation is key. Stay positive!

I had and still have the kinect , but when I upgraded to the x I never bought the cable as it was not as popular as it used to be . I do miss it as it was great fun 👍

I Really like Just Dance, it's a great game to get you moving and exercising while also having fun it even gets my teenager up and moving which is not always easy.

I've never used the kinect before. But despite people making fun of it on youtbe, it can help people get active. I go to the gym to try to better myself. I can't dance so I wouldn't even try to attempt to play just dance.
