Gamers are blackmailing my family if we don’t pay then my son will be banned

my son was being threatened to pay money to these 2 gamers on xbox that if he don’t pay them money then he will be banned by enforcement team! I told this gamer to contact me via Facebook and he did I have snap shots of the conversation . There names are [Mod
Removed] he also use’s [Mod Removed] the other boy is
[Mod Removed] and [Mod Removed]

FAMILY Subscription

I'm on the gold family subscription and it gives me good value for my family consisting of 4 gamers and 3 consoles (my daughter and I share one console, two sons each have their own consoles, but one son isn't in the same location) I need clarification about
what Microsoft intend to do about the current gold family subscription package.

I'll be honest, after years of being a xbox family we are seriously considering moving over to PS4 for the next gen. Ongoing subscription costs play a big part in my consideration when I have 4 people to consider. Someone told me that Microsoft intend to
discontinue the family subscription, is that true?

Also, does the PS4 have a family package or would you have to pay for each console?

 

Got banned for?

my son got banned from xbox live. We think user gamer tag.it's nemo 123. Has reported my son because he blames my son for his account getting banned. Eithen his parents blame my son and wanted money from me as compensation. I told them my son was not responsible
for there son getting banned but they don't believe me.I didn't pay them anything and explained that I had spoken on line to Microsoft and they said my son was not responsible. My son text the other boy asking if he'd reported him and he said he didn't know?

Anyway I would by grateful if you could please lift my son's ban has I think he is being pick on.when I checked my son on line reputation it's says his reputation is good so how can he be banned.

He cant do anything without being in a party at the same time, his main account has now been banned i believe and i may be acting on his second account myself if he doesnt quit acting tough. Just dont join his party and enjoy your day/time on xbox.

 

If you haven't already, you would file complaints on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them and take action. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

Firstly the only people that can hand out bans are the Xbox Live Enforcement team.
