    Gamerpics not loading in profiles


    I'm in the Delta ring and for the last month I'd like to say, gamer pics have not been loading on profiles, for example, if I go on my friends profile on my Xbox his gamer pic will not load, but if we're in a party I can see the little icon version of it. I asked my friend about it seeing if he was experiencing issues too but he wasn't but then he reminded me he left insider. I've tried looking at my privacy settings like some forums suggested but it wasn't the issue. Something tells me it's a bug with recent updates.

    Custom gamerpic?

    So here's a step by step for the app on PC. Pull up the app and let it load to whatever your home feed is. Click on your gamerpic and let it load to your profile. Select the customize button, then hover your mouse over your gamerpic. Once over, it should
    then say customize, simply click it. Then, above all the default ones it should say "Upload" or something like that.

    Also, as a side note. An avatar and a gamerpic are two different things. The avatar is supposed to be a mini-you/3D character. There's an app available on console and maybe on PC for that. The gamerpic is your profile pic.

    Hi,

    Here is how to do it:

    • Prepare a custom Gamerpic image. The image must be at least 1080 x 1080 pixels. The following formats are supported: png, jpg.
    • Save the image to a USB flash drive, and insert the drive into one of the Xbox One’s USB ports.
    • On your Xbox One, launch the Guide, select your Profile, and navigate to My profile > Customize profile > Change gamerpic.
    • Select Upload a custom image, select your USB flash drive, and choose your custom Gamerpic image.
    • The image will load into an editor; use LT, RT, and right stick to highlight what section of the image will become your Gamerpic.
    • Once satisfied, select Upload.

    Go into your Profile on the Xbox 360 and Edit Profile, then Gamerpic. Once they have loaded you can locate the Gamer Picture you have purchased.
