    Gamerpic Xbox Live Enforcement


    Hi!

    I currently have been given 3 notices of Gamerpic enforcements. Given that I HAVE HAD the same photo up for a couple months now, but just this past week have gotten stricken down. Each ban striving for 3-8 days, each given a day apart. I’ve seen the code of conduct on gamerpics, but have yet to see an actual reason for my social ban. Should this profile picture be harming other players at all? Honestly just feels like ‘hate’ reports from the online community, if it were reports from other players.

    Can you upload your own gamer pics?

    Xbox live enforcement is nothing to do with xbox.com enforcement.

    This place is meant to be moderated by some volunteers.

    Xbox live has it's own separate set of rules & at the moment using custom gamerpics is a violation of those rules & will end up in a suspension if you are caught.

    Only people in the Alpha ring of the Insider program can use custom gamerpics at the moment legitimately.

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

    If you have received an Enforcement action, you may be able to submit a case review from the enforcement page here: Enforcement history | Xbox Support

    This will allow you to raise your case with the Enforcement team who will be able to review your suspension.

    Other than this, I am afraid there isn't much that we can do here as we are not Xbox Enforcement, and don't have any insight into suspensions. In terms of the Code of Conduct. This can depend on the image and what the person found offensive with the image. Again, we can't really comment as we don't have any insight on what the reason was that the player provided, nor the reason why the Enforcement agent issued the Enforcement action.
