Gamerpic won’t update

I’ve been trying to update my gamerpic since yesterday but it never does anything. It’ll say it’s done uploading and just waiting for verification and then nothing. It’s not an explicit picture, and I’ve even tried a few different pictures but it still never changes. I tried changing my gamerpic on a different profile and it worked just fine, but still not on this one. Help would be greatly appreciated, it’s really getting on my nerves.

I understand that you need help with this problem, you mention that the image is changed in other accounts but not in yours, so the problem would be with your account specifically.

There are times when the player's image does not update immediately after uploading and changing it in their profile. This is because the moderators will keep checking whether this image does not violate anything or not.

It may take 24–48 hours before this can be verified. I would suggest waiting or trying to upload another gamer photo.

Note: As stated above, it can take up to 48 hours, but each time you try again, you reset the clock and move it back to the bottom of the list.

Download the Xbox app then go to profile. Then you should be able to make custom gamerpics.

yeah i’m having the same problem too. been trying for 2-3 days now and my pfp won’t change. i’ve tried every little trick for it to work and nothing works. you’d think they’d update the status and let us know gamerpics aren’t working.

I'm not sure about the avatar, but the gamerpic is an Xbox One gamerpic. The website has been updated to show Xbox One gamerpics in some areas instead of 360 gamerpics. If you don't have a One, you're given a default gamerpic. Gamercards have not been updated
to show Xbox One information which is why it's still a 360 gamerpic.
