    Ive tried to change my gamerpic multiple times this week, it's stayed on the same default picture they give you once you upload a new one. I'm used to waiting a few hours for the change to occur as I've changed my gamerpic multiple times in the past.

    The picture in question is neither bad nor vgar in any conceivable way so i know it can't possibly be because of the content. Ive contacted multiple agents through the chat support feature and most point to their enforcement team and to wait 24 hours for the process. I've done that now 3 times with no change in results or any successful solutions from the support staff.

    Ive also used both the non beta and the beta version of the xbox app to try to change. Uninstalled and reinstalled. No change.

    I understand you are waiting for your Xbox gamerpic to be updated. I suggest you wait for the verification process to be completed. Once the pic is approved, it will be updated soon. Sometimes, it can take 24-48 hours for the verification to finish.

    I was to my belief falsely banned and wondering of anyone could spot what's wrong.

    It wasn't just the gun, it was due to the person holding the gun as well.

    @woah sky - I'm not sure how it would have been allowed, but considering things get through all of the time that aren't actually allowed, I think it's just a filter system they use when you change your gamerpic and it goes through a verification process, not an actual enforcement person looking at it. So it's easy for things to slip through the cracks.
