Gamerpic validation/evaluation

Could be associated to some trademark, in that case is removed from your gamerpic. The rules for a valid gamerpic isnt just image content (like violent,...) but also things that are registered as trademarks, this could be your case.

It's not a currently accessible feature to the general public
(as well as preview members), so anybody exploiting custom gamerpics
now are likely on valid grounds for a ban.

Gamerpics are not displayed immediately.

As the message says, the image is uploaded and put into an review queue, where the Enforcement team checks if the picture violates the Code of Conduct.

Be aware, that the support you might have already asked is not the department that validates gamerpics.

By repeatedly uploading the picture over and over again, you just put yourself at the end of the waiting queue again.

So simply be patient, and be aware that it might take up to two working days for your Gamerpic to be approved by the Enforcement team to be shown publicly.

I wouldn't risk it.I've seen similar gamerpics taken down before.

Your only option is to file a case review under enforcement.xbox.com looks like either you clicked on the wrong one remember only one per suspension

Also once a report is filed it is sent to a team they evaluate it click valid or not based on the videos or text of the said action (via the network not users submission)

If valid it is sent to another team for further evaluation this can take a few days

FYI the further suspension is most likely due to further investigation

So time to change your behaviour because multiple violations can lead to a perm ban

Suspensions can be added and compounded and stacked depending on how many violations happened
