No, just by going into customise account>gamerpic>upload a custom image-basically through xbox.

How are you trying to change your picture? Via the Xbox App for mobiles or via the PC?

Do not use third Party Content for Xbox Hardrives (USB Are ok but might not meet xbox standards which will be stated when you format it to be used on the console itself) You have the biggest Hardrive possible and might have to do one of two options because
switching hardrives wont work simply because you cant have your game profile on two different hardrives.

A) Delete some Date off your current Hardrive IE Demo's, Music. Games you have beaten and barely play

2) If you have a smaller then 32 Usb drive then get them maxed out though this is only temporary because most on demand games are above 4 gigs of Data.

3) Move your gamer profile to a USB drive then use the hardrive swap technique but that is iffy because the hardrives probally arent meant to swap out on a regulaur basis.
