since this is a community forum we can not tell you either cause we don't have access ro accounts.

The two most often reasons are that the pic violates a copyright or it's too scary for kids.

Xbox live is rated E for everyone. While adult content is automatically blocked for kids gamerpics aren't.

But again I can just guess.

We have a similar issue, gamerpic was reported twice in one day, got 2 loads of 3 strikes, so 6 strikes and a 22 day ban for having a hand drawn gamerpic of a face... xbox won't do anything.

How can they give such significant bans for a picture of a side profile of a face? I'm beyond words, all the money and time invested they need to up there game.

You can have personal/custom themes though,i have a still from The Empire Strikes Back as my theme.It's the gamerpics that are lacking.

Claims not to be here enough but is here every other day!! Lmao!

When you strike his nerves he will start making fun of your avatar,gamerpic, games played, etc! Lmao!
