gamerpic resetting

I wanna do a Final Fantasy xv shiva full or at least half body from in-game for my gamerpic but it keeps resetting is there a soulution to this problem

If your gamer picture keeps reverting back to your old one that means your new one does not meet the Xbox Live rules. Gamer pictures are now verified by a real person before they can be used on Xbox Live.

I dont mean like that, i mean every time use the character for my gamerpic it always resets to a different gamerpic is there a solution. Sorry if im being rude.

You can't use custom Gamerpics right now due to them being disabled to save server load due to the extra load caused by COVID-19

Custom gamer picture have been enabled again.

I'll get right to the point.

I wanted to changed my custom gamerpic to another custom gamerpic. However, after a few moments after changing it to the new one, it resets to the defult gamerpic. I tried to change it several times but all times resulted in it going back to defult.

I decided to go back and select the old custom gamerpic I was using, again after a few moments it would reset to the defult one.

I did this on PC a couple months ago with a few other gamerpics and all of which were fine, now im having issues.

Is there any way I can resolve this? Furthermore is anyone else having this issue?

Update, the issue is still ongoing, it is still reseting my gamerpic back to defult, I don't know why this is happening, can someone please give me a explnation on why it is doing this?
