While guns are shown in other places, those are rated for that. Anything you put on your profile, anything you text, etc. has to remain E for everyone. So guns in a gamerpic can warrant a suspension.

Controversial figures (Trump) will also warrant a suspension.

If the enforcement team denied your appeal, there is nothing else that can be done.

bans are done server side, the exploit tricks the automated banning system into banning a targeted account, and obviously Microsoft always denies the appeals as most of that is automated.

This has been reported to Microsoft via correct channels but still no response as of yet.

They absolutely do not! The person that reported my gt harassed me before reporting. I sent that in on appeal and was denied immediately and also got a reply saying that a his harassment was not against community standards.

An appeal is the only way to contact the enforcement team and they are the only ones who handle bans. If they haven't responded yet, you'll need to wait for their answer. If they denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done. Console bans cannot be reversed.

Is there anyway I can call someone? The appeal was denied and I know for sure real people aren't reviewing my gamerpics whenever I post a new one. The suspension was too harsh and unreasonable. I've seen other gamers with far worse gamer pics than me.
