    Gamerpic randomly changed


    I had recently changed my Gamerpic to a custom image, which had gotten approved. As of today, it reverted to a default Xbox gamerpic without giving me any notice as to why. The custom image contained no vulgar imagery so I'm not sure as to why it was changed. Before writing this, I had tried to change it back. As of publishing this, the profile picture has not changed back to the custom one I set previously.

    If it was changed by the enforcement team, you would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to find out why.
    It says I have a perfect record.

    Yes try uploading again and then it should stay. I have encountered this issue before but after a re-upload its fine.

    Upload the picture again and see if it changes again. Xbox may have removed the gamerpic after it was uploaded.
    I tried that yesterday, at the time of this reply, there has been no change. Should I try uploading again?

    Your Gamerpic could have been changed by somebody on your household who could've went on your xbox and changed it. I would recommend you change the gamerpic again to the custom one you recently put one. Once you put on the gamerpic set a 6 Digit PIN on your xbox so nobody can get in and it should not change again.
    No one in my house would've changed it, and I already have a 6 digit PIN to log into my account that no one else knows.
