GAmerpic problems

My Xbox account is (or should be) an adult account, but every time I try to make a custom gamerpic a message pops up telling me that I need to have an adult account to use this feature, why does it do this?

My gamerpic won't update

I just took a new picture for my gamerpic and saved it. The message stating that it was successfully saved pops up, so I go to a new screen, and it is still the old gamerpic. Also, on my Xbox, the picture is still the old one even before the gamerpic.

Sorry if these are easily solved problems, or not problems at all.

Hello, I have a probleme with my account this morning i wanted to play but my account has been enforce because my gamerpic chock someone in community. I have this gamerpic for 1 month and i never got a probleme with. Can you help me ? Waiting for your response.

Was your account ever a child account? was it ever associated to your parents account when you were younger? What age did you specify for your account? These are all ways that your account could be a childs account.

I'm afraid they have temporarily disabled some features one of these features was the ability to upload a custom gamer pic.

Besides telling everyone that this has been disabled the reason why is based on you guessed it . More people more traffic means less bandwidth etc. They dialed it back for the reason a huge increase in gamepass thus xbox live thus users are utilizing more
services on xbox. Xbox has cut back so this will help with the speed and support if the system etc
