Gamerpic Issue

Discus and support Gamerpic Issue in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I have been trying to change my Gamerpic for the last week or so. It used to show a (preview?)     I have been trying to change my Gamerpic for the last week or so. It used to show a (preview?) Only to the user when submitted and it doesn't do that currently, and it also has never changed during that time. It also states it needs to get verified however, so it is partially working.

    It sometimes doesn't want to upload a pic if it's exactly 1080p x 1080p which is why I suggested making the image slightly bigger.

    I just used a program that came installed on my laptop to change the size of the image I used as a club background.

    I have uploaded photos waiting 2 days 3 days, 4 days, 2 weeks. Nothing I can see about the photo that is inappropriate. It seems such a simple thing not to want to use the boring pics they have. It doesn't change right away. It says upload and wait for approval.
    Then not only does it never change to the pic I chose I have no idea why it doesn't work and no one responds with a helpful answer if anyone responds at all. Telling me it SHOULD work is not a helpful response when you post on a forum.

    What program could I use to convert an image to 1080 x 1080?

    Any graphics program should work as far as I know. Just make a new image 1080 x 1080. Then paste your image into it and resize, etc. till it looks the way you want. Centering can be a bit tricky since MS makes your gamerpic a circle.
    Thanks finally figured out how to do it in ms paint.
