    Why aren't existing subscribers able benefit from offers most members have been loyal customers for years and most didn't know you could upgrade membership to ultimate or didn't understand how it worked it.s wrong try looking after your existing customers
    Microsoft as much as you do new ones

    because the offers are directed to new people so that it helps them get started on their xbox. People who are existing members don't need these offers as they have already been subscribed to this service.
