ho recuperato la password dell id microsoft (che avevo smarrito). E mi ha chiesto di collegare il gamertag ma non sono riuscito a collegare quello che avevo in precedenza e me ne ha fatto creare unonuovo. Risultato ho perso tutti i progressi che avevo nei
giochi. Nell app che ho sull ipad è ancora presente ilvecchio gamertag ma non riesco a ricollegarlo all id microsoft.

c è modo di recuperare e ricollegare il vecchio gamertag o quantomenoi progressinei giochi?

[Edit - Translation] - I recovered the microsoft id password (which I had mislaid).
And he asked me to connect the gamertag but I couldn't connect what I had previously and he made me create a new one.
Result I lost all the progress I had in the games.
In the app that I have on the ipad the old gamertag is still present but I can't reconnect it to the microsoft id.

Is there any way to recover and reconnect the old gamertag or how many games progresses?

Hello Gianni,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Sounds like you may have recovered the wrong account. If you used the correct email, you would have gotten your old gamertag, This is because one account can not hold 2 gamertags.

If the link does not assist you, try contacting Xbox support directly. Give them your gamertag and explain the situation to see if they have any options for you.
