Gamer tag not changing after I pad for it

    Gamer tag not changing after I pad for it


    I paid to have my gamer tag changed yesterday evening and tried resets, sign outs, everything and nothing has worked.

    Help with changing gamer tag

    i want to change my gt to TidalSnow but someone else has already got it and I don't want to replace one of the letters with numbers so if someone could suggest how I change it up a bit to use it that'd be great.

    I've tried it with a space between as Tidal Snow but someone's got that too.

    Help with changing gamer tag

    Hi AlexBowmanFB, Yes it is possible to change your gamer tag, you can do it from your console but it does come with a cost of 800 Microsoft points. All you need to do it go in the social tab on the dashboard and press A on your avatar it will come up with
    your achievements, change theme and change gamer picture. go right on the D pad the you should see change gamer tag hope this helps.

    Are you attempting to change your Gamer tag on Xbox or online using account.xbox.com. The last time I changed my gamer tag it would not change correctly when I used
    Xbox so I tried the account.xbox.com and it worked first try.

    There is also a section online that states if you have changed your Gamer tag before you will have to use the Online website to change it after the first time. If you are unable to change your Gamer tag after using this account.xbox.com please
    let me know and I will did a bit more into finding a solution for you.
