Gamer tag in xbox profile

You will need to pay the $9.99 for a Gamer Tag change. Here is the Xbox Support information on how to do this.

change gamer tag guide for information on changing the gamer tag. If once you do change it, and the gamer tag is released you may try and get the gamer tag on the account you wanted it on. Also, be sure to look over the

gamer tag update FAQ for further information.

If it has suggested different ones with numbers, The Gamertag is taken and Xbox always suggests new ones that are similar to give you options. But as always Xbox will appreciate your feedback to improve Gamertag changing and creation and feedback will
be pasted on.

With Xbox new Gamertag system being limited to 12 characters maximum for unique Gamertags, Xbox has started using suffix at the end. If you have this then the original Gamertag is already taken and there is no way to get a refund for the free name change.

I wanted to change my gamertag from blasting land 9000 becouse it was choosen by system i didn t know that i can change it one time for free and why i have to pay for changing it ? I havent known that it ll give me my chosen name plus some numbers
so i wantef to change those numbers. Please help

I think you have to pay again to change you're gamertag
