Gamer tag forced change

hey! So I recently have changed my gamer tag to [Mod Removed]. Whilst playing yesterday I received a message from Xbox live saying that it was against the rules and it was forced changed to . I was really annoyed by this as I have paid $13.99
for a gamer tag change and I didn't even get the option too change gamer tag to something more suitable for the community. I believe that my previous gamer tag isn't even offensive and whom ever party I joined loved my name and thought it was original and
it was great. If I could have the option to change my gamer tag after getting reported it would be fabulous as I have already spent money on a name change. Thankyou Xbox.

Forced Gamer tag change

I am being forced to change my gamer tag; (YuriFetish). I would like to know if there is any way i could prevent that from happening. Nobody i have talked to about it found it to be offensive and i would like to keep it. Sombody, please
respond to this. Thank you.

After you log into the site the enforcement action should be listed and there would be a hammer next to it. Remember that not all enforcement actions are eligible for case review. If you google a particular part of your removed GT you'll find why it was
removed.

I'm going to assume that what is going on is that you were issued a forced gamer tag change since the gamer tag may be deemed offensive. A forced gamer tag change can result in not being able to post on the forums until that gamer tag is changed.

the free gamer tag change was only allowed when your gamer tag change was forced. People abused this by reporting gamer tags that people wanted to change so once a force change was made they then changed it again to what they wanted for free. Because
of that abuse of the system all game tag changes now cost even if a force change has happened.

As Smwutches stated it was a forced gamer tag change. Someone found that your gamer tag was inappropriate and reported it. With a forced gamer tag change there is no case review. Remember when choosing a gamer tag that millions of people can see this from
kids to adults if you think the gamer tag you use is fine, someone else may find it offensive or inappropriate. They need to follow the

code of conduct.

The rules also state you can't have anything that refers to or insinuates sexual themes. In your case the word "pimpin" is a nod to prostitution.
