    I have been trying to play my game online since before thanksgiving, but my subscription needed to be renewed, which I did but my game was now unplayable due to the message in the headline. I have spoken to tech support over many several hours where they
    mentioned that the reason I was not able to play was everything except what I suspected, which is a connectivity issue between my xbox 360 and Live but there were quick to have me format my drives, create new profiles, and finally escalate it to their escalated
    tech support, try different games. Which I have been waiting for over a week to hear from, and nothing. I eventually fixed the problem with the creation of a whole new XBOX live account, on the same xboxes they declared were defective. My issue is that I have
    six months of prepaid subscription that I cant use due to the ineptitude of these "xbox gamers". I just want my subscription to work as it should now knowing that this issue is solely on XBOX. Has anyone had any luck fixing this issue?
