Discus and support Gamer points vanished in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; this here iv been having issues with my console yesterday date 19/11/17 my Xbox game pass wouldn’t work but I still had all my game stuff today...     this here iv been having issues with my console yesterday date 19/11/17 my Xbox game pass wouldn’t work but I still had all my game stuff today 20/11/17 I went to play rainbow six siege that I downloaded from Xbox game pass that didn’t work
    contacted support about this anywho been playing battlefield 4 tonight after rainbow six stopped working I noticed my 5945 gamer points weren’t there wats happened to my game my avatar is gone to it’s not that I complete the game tasks I just play the games

    It's a glitch that has been affecting a few people recently,including me.

    No idea why it happens & re downloading your profile wont work.

    It will just fix itself within a few days.

    Do as Smwutches says. Seems like you're one of the many people to have suffered from the round of Hacks with Fifa lately. Just look it up and you'll see plenty of people who have been going through it. I myself had this happen to me except Fifa wasn't involved

    You can check your points activity by going to
    https://billing.microsoft.com     and clicking Microsoft Points. You can check when they were added and when they were used. If you notice anything suspicious you'll need to call support.
