    Gamer pic deemed inappropriate when it is not


    I have an artistic symbol of a "47" that represents a very intellectual, semi-known rap group from New York, called Pro Era. In the past it has been depicted as anti-sematic because it somewhat resembles a Natzi Swastika sign however
    anyone who has taken a standard world history class or has even seen a swastika would know that it is not. If people are sadly mistaken or offended by the resemblance then that is unfortunate and they should not play with me of they do not want to, however,
    Microsoft should recognize that it is not a swastika and is nearly an artistic expression of a fan of the insightful group. I would like my Xbox Live enforcement to be lifted (because I paid just as much for Xbox Live as people who have naked women,violent
    images, and actual Swastikas) and given a support number that I can call for Xbox Enforcement so I can have my picture up again.

    gamertags that are in use. an idea.

    it is most annoying when a gamer tag is banned as deemed inappropriate then you change it, only for someone else to start using it soon after ... if it is banned and deemed innapropriate it should not be able to be re registered. (Long Live GlandularBeaver)

    Gamer picture deemed inappropriate

    My gamer picture, the Soviet leader during world war 2, was deemed inappropriate and banned. Joseph Stalin is an important historical figure and the reason the Allies won world war 2. I do not see how he was deemed inappropriate and I would like a reasoning
    or him back as my gamer picture.

    The is no number to contact the enforcement team.

    The only way to appeal enforcement action is by filing for a case review if eligible on the enforcement site
    here

    Swastikas or anything looking like a swastika is strictly forbidden on xbox live.

    It's down to you not to have offensive pictures on your profile,not for people to not play with you if they are offended.

    Just because you are ok with something doesn't mean it's ok to have as your profile pic.

    If it violates the ToU/CoC then it's not allowed.

    Why was my gamertag pic changed, had it since 360 (avatar pic)

    For some reason whatever the gamer pic showed a pic of it may have been flagged or deemed inappropriate. Rules with in Microsoft and other companies are on a regularly changing basis so , what may have been acceptable back with the 360 may not be with
    the XB1. So sorry your pic was removed.

    If you believe it should have been allowed, submit a review to the enforcement team. Otherwise, just move on as it's just a gamer pic. You weren't suspended from gaming or communicating, you were suspended from changing your picture as it was deemed inappropriate.

    I would also like to add I've had this picture 2 and a half months with no problems. And there are people with furry, weaboo, and offensive pictures that don't get banned. Xbox has a become a cesspool of all forms of inappropriate content, pictures, and
    toxicity, but my historical figure gets banned.

    Gamertags don't necessarily have to be offensive in order to get a forced name change. They just have to violate the code of conduct.
