    About 3 hours a day, which means 21 hours a week. I drink about 2 litres a day and 3 when i have workouts. Stay healthy.

    i game between 40-60 hours a week (depending on work) and i drink a healthy eneergy drink called sneak whilst gaming

    10-15 Hours per week, definitely have a full bottle of water with me as well as nutrition bars to keep me fueled.
