Gamepasses that came with Xbox One X Purchase expired

I have purchased an Xbox One X during December, it came with two redeemable codes, but they were expired before the day I purchased, can they be replaced? How do I get my free passes?

I'd just contact Support if they are the ones that came in the Xbox

You will either have to contact the store you bought it from and tell them your situation, or contact Microsoft Support and tell them your situation that's occurring.

Hi Hugh,

Where did you buy the console? You will first have to go to the place you purchased it from to get a replacement.

If they don't help you then it's possible Xbox support can help you if you have the receipt.

Unfortunately if the codes are expired there is nothing that can be done. You could try contacting the retailer that sold the console to see if they would be able to assist you further.

We bought the Xbox one X Fallout 76 bundle from a reputable dealer and received it just after Christmas 2018.

It included a one month free Gamepass trial that I entered and received the message that the Gamepass was expired. I checked the card and saw it has an expiration of June 30, 2018.

Microsoft seems to be having a lot of trouble with this.

I'd like to try it before I sign-up.
