    So i am playing marvel avengers on gamepass.

    I like it....upgrading my hero's and grinding to get into playing multiplayer.

    Three long sessions.

    Problem is i get achievements...shows i can go to other missions etc in the game...

    leveling up players

    when i am playing in game showing i have progression...like black panther is 18 percent when you get to the palace....then other missions...etc...

    No progress is saved....just zero...when you open game again...

    linked to square enix...installed on the console....online no issues...

    Deleted local data and tried again...no dice

    Deleted game and reinstalled....no dice

    Anyone know a remedy as i am gettting acheivement credits and the store is keeping my free consumable purchase...g

    See if these steps help you.

    Clean your console's MAC

    Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address and Clear.

    If the problem persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

    Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

    In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

    To reset the console>

    Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

    **Do not reset the console without having your login information such as email and password
