Gamepass was extended and i cant pay it!

At the 3.29.2018 i bought 3 Month Xbox Game Pass via a Key from MMOGA , now my Game Pass ran out ( it was The 7.12.18 when it ran out ) but automaticly , without knowing my Game Pass was extended and i have no Money on my Account , now i have to pay 9,99€
to deny the Game Pass Extension But i have no other way to pay these 9,99€ than to pay with my Microsoft Account Money , now i cant buy Something via Microsoft Store because of these 9,99€ dept , please reply if you know about my big Problem .

Unable to access the XBOX "Quests" Feature.

So if I don't want to pay for Gamepass, the only option is to pay for a mail in entry?

Instead of a Gold promotion this should be a Gamepass promotion.

Sounds like the gamepass was on auton renew and when the payment was due the funds couldnt be taken so is now past due. Your renew date and payment dates arent always the same. If you sign into account.microsoft.com/services you can clear the payment with
paypal or a card.

Its actually the full 10€ , it says 8 something but then adds tax to bring it up to 10 like it usially is. Its definitely for gamepass , its not letting me cancel the subscription without paying. I cant remove my debit card either because that moneys owed.
Like i dont want another month of gamepass. I havent payed for it nor have i gotten it so why cant i just cancel it

You pay for early access. If they run out then good on you, you got the game where some cant. That's what your paying for. It's also to make the gamepass people feel more special

I to have been getting kicked off a lot lately with unable to connect. I'm paying money for xbox live and for premium that I cant play and use, we should be compensated or our premium extended.

What do you mean? With my credit card now, I can pay steam, I can pay apple music, I can pay on amazon, ext. and all with same adress. Why are you make things so difficult? I cant subscribe gamepass now becuase an adress? Please..
