Gamepass Ultimate upgrade deletes Xbox tenure

I have been on Xbox since the beta so over 16 year uninterrupted. I upgraded to Ultimate around E3 and just noticed that my tenure has been totally wiped out when I go to my profile. I know it's just a number but it was something I was proud of. Having
that many years of uninterrupted membership. If I had known that it was going to delete this, I never would have upgraded.

Thanks for the screenshot. The way tenure used to work it makes sense, honestly I had forgot they changed it to just be your years subscribed. It used to be your cumulative years subscribed with no break so it would reset. If it was still the old way
it would technically make sense that it would disappear even though it would still suck.

No, it's not suppose to reset. The live team is aware of it and looking into it.

Was gonna chime in and say I have gpu and my tenure is still there. Cept it ain't. It was yesterday, cause I was having this same discussion... I've had gpu for a few months now but it only just disappeared so hopefully a bug

Yes, I asked a Microsoft employee directly. The official Xbox Discord is ran by Microsoft employees. He said they're aware of the issue. The green names on the right are employees.
