Gamepass Ultimate Reward for Forza 4 not working

i tried to claim the 500 Reward points for playing forza 4 on Pc . It keeps telling me that the points will be added to my account , but nothing happens . When i restart the app , it asks me to reclaim it again .

The other points got added without a problem , its only the pc reward that is not working

Thanks for coming to the forums. Is this for the Microsoft rewards? If so you can fill out a ticket and someone will assist you. When logged into Microsoft rewards app, scroll to the bottom and select contact Microsoft rewards support. This will open a ticket.

The PC related Gamepass Quests sometimes require some extra steps to trigger them, like scanning a QR code or accessing a web browser. They also sometimes just take time to sync up.

Hi There,

The only game available through Gamepass is the regular edition of Forza Horizon 4, you have to buy the Ultimate edition separately.
