    Could you provide a little more detail. It seems your trying to redeem a Xbox live card when you already have game pass ultimate. If you have game pass ultimate Xbox live comes already with that

    I have game pass console and any time i try to play multiplayer games it prompts me to purchase ultimate.

    Well no that is not an error you do need ultimate since you are on console

    If you were on pc you would buy gamepass for pc

    Not console but ultimate or gold is needed for multiplayer on console

    Gold is included with ultimate not gamepass

    Gold.nor.ultimate is.needed on pc ONLY gamepass for console only.gives you games not multiplayer

    "Your account needs attention" when I've paid the subscription.

    It just puts me into an empty lobby, either the games are dead or its something with the gamepass ultimate.

    Considering the error is still around, I suspect the gamepass.

    9.99 is for gamepass not gamepass ultimate, gamepass ultimate has the live component.

    Please check with your friend if ita ultimate

    Also that error you posted has to do with parental settings not gold
