Gamepass Ultimate refund due to long queueing time

It's basically impossible to play on cloud, waiting times in queue are way too long. Ultimate has also seen an increase in price but the QoS went drastically down for those who wants to play on cloud. How is it possible to request a refund or credit for this type of disservice?

Not the answer I was looking for, I'm talking about a refund or some sort of compensation for disservice, and not cancellation

You would have to submit a refund the same way you would any other way. There's no other way to to submit one for "compensation of disservice".

you upgraded your gamepass to ultimate and the time was converted canceling the gamepass

The time was added to your ULTIMATE at the conversion rate

Canceling or refunding the ultimate will end badly ypi forfiet the upgraded time and only get the upgrade cost for ultimate enot the full amount back as gamepass was upgrade

Game pass ultimate replaces live as it includes that in the package. Otherwise you would be paying for live as well and it wouldnt be required.

You can revert back by adding just live again but be aware you lose any access to gamepass.

You should find you have gamepass ultimate for so long as the conversion is different due to cost, when adding more it will give an option to do as live or as gamepass ultimate.

Personally think the gamepass side is well worth the cost due to the amount and variety of games it allows access to.
