    Every perk in the perks tab says "Sorry, we're having trouble showing the details of this perk right now. Try again a little later." after i try clicking it. It has been this way for about a week. I looked online and no help, don't even know how to contact support because I don't know exactly what the issue is. Anyone else with the same problem?

    may not be able to redeem it on my pc for now and i dont own a xbox i tryed on my phone and it says can be redemed on xbox or pc only???? is there a way to fix this??

    It is a known issue and Microsoft is working on a solution. It's also happening to me and other users. In the meantime, you can redeem some offers on the Xbox Game Pass app on your phone or console.

    I wasn't able get in contact with my Wi-Fi/router company. But I have another issue. When I try to claim a perk from the Xbox app it just says that "Sorry, we're having trouble showing the details of this perk right now. Try again later."

    On my Game Pass for PC Perks screen all return 'Sorry, we're having trouble showing the details of this perk right now. Try again a little later.'

    Double checked my accounts were the same and did a full reinstall of the XBox app from the Windows Store. Still doesn't allow access to the Perks with the same error

    'Sorry, we're having trouble showing the details of this perk right now. Try again a little later.'

    Very strange.
