Gamepass Ultimate on PC Windows 10 Professional

I WANT TO KNOW WHY THE [mod removed] EVERY TIME I SWITCH BETWEEN ACCOUNTS ON GAMEPASS ON MY PC, THE [mod removed] GAME FILES BECOME CORRUPTED AND I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE SAYING THAT I HAVE TO GO TO THE STORE PAGE AND CORRECT THE ISSUE BY BUYING THE [mod removed] GAME I'M TRYING TO LAUNCH.

MY PRIMARY ACCOUNT HAS OVER 220 PURCHASED GAMES IN THE LIBRARY AND OVER 90 GAMES FROM GAMES WITH GOLD. THE ACCOUNT IS MORE THAN A DECADE OLD AND EVERY TIME I TRY TO GET THINGS SORTED THRU XBOX SUPPORT ONLINE, I EITHER GET "DISCONNECTED" DURING THE CALL, OR THEY DON'T BOTHER EVEN ANSWERING THE PHONE, AS IS THE CASE THIS MORNING, AS OF 08:25 CST.

ANY ONE HAVE A "REAL" ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION? OR IS THIS JUST THE [mod removed] WAY MICROSOFT DOES BUSINESS?

Based on your description, you are switching from one account to another account before playing Xbox games in PC. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

We know that you are just trying to play the games you installed and paid for. There is a connection bond between the Windows system and its apps that only a Microsoft account patch together. Should you be playing a game installed from Xbox app - Microsoft Store and Xbox app should have the same Microsoft account signed into them. That account should have the license for the games to be playable unlike the Home Xbox that games can be sharable to other profiles, PC games are not sharable to other user profile. Is your computer Windows 10 or 11 in version 22H2?

Not interested in "chatting" any longer. Deleted all Microsoft accounts except this one, and only have this account active because I've spent thousands of dollars in the last 6 months (and over the last 10 years) and I'm not going to give Microsoft the satisfaction of stealing from me.

When Microsoft decides to hold "partners" accountable for the product Microsoft makes available to the community, I may decide to continue as a customer. But since they (Microsoft) don't care to address the situation, probably not. Don't contact me again.

Same issue on windows 10 pc with gamepass ultimate account. Please fix of remove from gamepass

there are three types of subscriptions for gamepass, one is for Xbox console, and the other is for Windows 10 on pc. The third is Xbox gamepass ultimate, that combine both subscriptions also gold membership.

The new pc would need windows professional or higher

Bitlocker is only available on non windows home pc

It.encrypts your hdd

Windows 10 home is free for all

But not professional my guess is your laptop was a business laptop

Your only option would.be upgrade your windows to pro
