GamePass Ultimate issue - can't install best games

All the best games in the Xbox Game Pass List (https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-game-pass/games?xr=shellnav) like Gears of War 4, Forza 4, etc. have their own custom web pages. I have GamePass Ultimate, but all of those custom pages just give me the option
to subscribe to Game Pass instead of letting me install the game ( see https://www.xbox.com/en-us/games/gears-of-war-4#purchaseoptions). I can install any of the other games just fine.

assuming its PC, so you will need to update ur windows to 1903 & install Xbox (Beta) app

Ha, yeah, I had to update Windows 10 to latest version. That was totally not obvious. Thanks!

Do you own gamepass or are you gamesharing? Do you have issues with other gamepass games?

Yes got my own Ultimate Gamepass, all other Gamepass games work fine it seem to be just this game that wont install or run.

Even went as far as to buy the game on the App and still wouldn't install.

i had xbox gamepass and live gold, covert for 1 real and now i have ultimate until next year. ultimate gamepass is the best gaming service.
