Gamepass Ultimate for PC is totally broken

And Microsoft don't have a functioning Customer Service, you can't get a call back or email. The Microsoft complaints procedure is non-existent. I have paid for Gamepass Ultimate and not been able to download a PC game for over a year now. Xbox on my PC can't find any of the 3 hard-drives there are, but if I buy a game through the app store, it downlads it without any problems. I wonder why that is...

I am truly sorry to know about your experience, but the best option would be to get in touch with our online chat support to get your issue resolved. Access Contact us | Xbox Support, follow the instructions after clicking on the green button "Contact us" and choose to get help from an online chat agent. Make sure the region on the support website is set to your correct region in order not to find issues with the steps.

Thank you, that makes sense. I found a solution in YouTube that involved changing a setting in the Store. Fixed after a year of ignoring it and a day shouting into the void.

If you're not seeing the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

gamepass on PC is just that gamepass, there is no ultimate on pc, if you have ultimate on xbox then you get gamepass on pc.
