Gamepass ultimate conversion ratio (not 1st time)

So if I understand correctly.if my ultimate got expired then i use a normal gold membership and then buy a month of ultimate it will convert to 12 or 13 months of ultimate?I have already use the 1.00$ sale for ultimate(sorry for my bad English)

That is correct. The upgrade option is not tied to any promotion and is not limited to the first time.

I would say it isn’t worth it to convert unless its at a $1 but i also did take advantage of the $1 Ultimate and i renewed my gold with a 12 month gold worth $59.99 and i only got 4 month Ultimate im still mad that i got ripped off and i dont have very
much money to just blow so i was hoping they would give me a refund or give me my extra months but doubt they will do that

If you're going from standard Gold to Ultimate, it'll convert at a ratio of 1:1. It only converts at a different rate if you are adding a standard gold or game pass subscription to an Ultimate subscription.
